Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframe

We are happy to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders.

Delivery Guarantee: We strive to have all orders delivered within 3–5 business days of the shipment date.

Delivery Delay: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we anticipate a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you immediately via email at contact@filtersdepot.store.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. only.

Damages and Lost Packages

Filters Depot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
